Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Drive With Yaffa. By booking driving lessons with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Lesson Availability
All lesson prices and promotional offers listed on this website apply to manual and automatic driving lessons only and are available in selected service areas. Availability may vary depending on instructor schedules and location.
Eligibility
Our lessons and promotional offers are available to provisional driving licence holders only. Drive With Yaffa reserves the right to refuse any booking or offer if a learner does not meet the required eligibility criteria. Please contact us for further information and current pricing.
Block Bookings
Block booking discounts are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. All lessons included in the package must be completed within this period. Any unused lessons remaining after the expiry date may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
If you choose to stop your lessons before completing a discounted block booking, completed lessons will be charged at the standard hourly rate, and any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are made directly to your driving instructor. Refunds are normally processed by bank transfer, although cash refunds may be offered in certain circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and may take several working days to process.
Lesson Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Lesson Start Time
Your lesson begins at the agreed booking time when your instructor arrives at the arranged collection point. If you are late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled end time, and lost time cannot be added.
Instructor Arrival
Lesson times are approximate. Traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally affect your instructor’s arrival time. We will always aim to minimise any delays.
Instructor Changes
If you request a different instructor, we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that an alternative instructor will be available.
Driving Lesson Agreement
Your driving lesson agreement is made directly between you and your driving instructor, not Drive With Yaffa. As payments are made directly to the instructor, any approved refunds will also be issued by the instructor.
Practical Driving Test Car Hire
Lesson prices do not include the use of the instructor’s vehicle for the practical driving test. Test car hire is charged separately, and these fees are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. Please contact us for the latest test car hire prices.
Changes to These Terms
Drive With Yaffa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this website.
