Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or purchasing any driving lessons or other services from Drive With Yaffa.

1. Driving Lessons and Offers

All offers and lesson packages advertised on this website are for manual driving lessons and are available in selected areas only.

All offers are available to provisional licence holders who meet the relevant eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse an offer where we believe that a customer does not meet the applicable criteria. Please contact us for further information and current pricing.

2. Block Bookings and Lesson Packages

All block-booked lessons and promotional offers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

All lessons included in a block booking must be completed within this six-month period. Any lessons remaining after the expiry of the six-month period may no longer be available.

If you decide to stop your driving lessons before completing a discounted block booking, the lessons already completed will be charged at the applicable standard lesson rate. Any remaining balance will then be refunded, where applicable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked driving lesson, you must notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Refunds are normally made by bank transfer. In certain circumstances, a refund may be made in cash at the discretion of the instructor.

Please speak directly with your instructor regarding any cancellation or refund request.

4. Lesson Start Times and Late Arrivals

Your lesson time starts when the instructor arrives at the agreed pick-up point.

If you are late for your lesson, the lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time. Any time lost due to your late arrival will therefore be deducted from your lesson.

We recommend arriving at the agreed pick-up point on time so that you can receive the full duration of your booked lesson.

5. Instructor Arrival Times

All lesson booking and pick-up times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond the instructor’s control.

Your instructor will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the agreed pick-up point as close to the scheduled time as possible.

6. Changing Your Instructor

If you request to change your driving instructor, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative instructor where one is available.

However, we cannot guarantee that another instructor will be available, and we are not obliged to provide a replacement instructor if no suitable availability exists.

7. Driving Lesson Contract and Payments

The driving lesson contract is formed between you and your driving instructor.

Drive With Yaffa acts as a platform/brand through which driving lessons and services may be advertised or arranged. Payments for driving lessons are made to the relevant instructor.

Where a refund is due in relation to driving lessons, the refund will therefore be handled by the relevant instructor and not directly by Drive With Yaffa.

8. Practical Driving Test Car Hire

Driving lesson prices do not include the hire of the instructor’s vehicle for your practical driving test.

If you require your instructor’s vehicle for your practical test, a separate car-hire charge will apply. Please contact your instructor or Drive With Yaffa for the current rate and availability.

Payment for practical test car hire is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking and for ensuring that they hold the appropriate provisional driving licence and meet all legal requirements for driving tuition.

Customers must follow their instructor’s reasonable instructions during lessons and comply with all applicable road traffic laws and safety requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

Drive With Yaffa reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

The latest version published on this website will apply to future bookings and services.
